If the business is yours

What we can’t help with
Medical, legal, money and building questions are beyond us, and so is arranging work or pursuing a complaint against a listed firm. Take any problem to the firm first. After that, the Citizens Advice consumer service can explain where you stand. Solicitors answer to the Legal Ombudsman, and mortgage brokers and financial advisers to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
